1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AllenDev websites, applications, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
AllenDev, LLC provides digital tools, web applications, and software products including but not limited to TapSign, Digitfx, and other platforms we may offer from time to time. Features and availability may change without notice.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services; using the Services for unlawful purposes; infringing intellectual property rights; or distributing malicious software.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, and materials provided through the Services are owned by AllenDev, LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
6. Third-Party Services and APIs
Some of our Services integrate with third-party platforms and APIs, including Google APIs. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies. AllenDev complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, where applicable.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllenDev, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
